Once a booking has been processed using this booking system, we cannot offer a full refund if you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason. If you need to rearrange your booking, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that this is not always possible.

Our cancellation policy for day rides, pony rides and lessons: If you give us more than 48 hours notice of cancellation we will refund you all monies paid MINUS any charges we have incurred by processing your payment. (Typically 5%). If you give us less than 48 hours notice of cancellation we will not give a refund. If we cancel your appointment we will give you a full refund OR we will rearrange the appointment to a mutually convenient time. We only cancel appointments whern we feel it would be dangerous to ride eg. extreme weather conditions.

When you book you will be asked to provide details of all riders' abilities, heights and weights. If it becomes apparant that you have greatly over/under estimated these values we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, rearrange the appointment or offer you an alternative service for the same or lesser value. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
